November 27th Capt Wiltsie died 1/2 past 10 o'Clock P.M. 28th was buried at 5 o'Clock P.M. in the Presbyterian Church yard 29th early in the morning the rebbels made a charge on the fort but were repulsed with heavy loss. rebbels loss in killed about 300 in killed wounded & prisoners about 1600 our loss only 6 killed all quiet during the day rebs burying their dead
