January myself & Corporal Gibbins stayed in camp about 2 hours then picked up a u.s. hoss packed our things on him & followed the regt & camped within about 2 mile of the reg about 8 mile out (regt 15th marched at day break we marched about 8 ock arrived & went into camp at Dandridge 11 1/2 oclock A.M. my pardner & myself with our old horse came in about 2. p.m. 16th some cannonading
