You Did Not State that Johns tongue was coated or what the color of coating was that He Has Diarrhoea or is costive - would Say if He Has Diarrhoea it would be well to give Him some Soda & Rhubarb in small quantities. & if His tongue is coated give Him oil - the probability is that if You succeed in Regulating His Bowels & Diet He will be Better. Would Earnestly Request attention to Diet - if the Babe is Inclined to be costive Sale Molasses or castor Oil - You forget to Say in particular How Father is; & I Think You can coax Him to write next time - With Regard to Doring. There is or ought to be one Visit & medicine once or twice aside from attendance on his wife when she was confined which would make the amount in something over Seven Dollars - Leaving at the Least Calculation all of the note & Interest Yet Due and that Amount He ought to pay in cash as I Have waited Long Enough for it - Grain will probably be the Highest about the time Sperry will want to pay it & Sperry always wants a good price - I Think You Had better Have Him pay what He will & Leave the closing up of the Matter untill I Return or at all Events He must pay the face of the note and Interest - If This Should not Reach You in time the course You shall have fixed on will be proper
