I have this Day sold to Mess Farnam & Durant 40 Cars, after the plan of Car A - 20 of which are to be delivd. immediately & 20 in August - The price of the first 20 are to be 600 each at 4 mos with the Int added - of the last 20 - 700$ each in the Stock of the Oskaloosa Division of the Mississippi & Missouri Rail Road Compy at 80 pr cent of its fair value, deliveries to be made at the works of the Buffalo Car Compy - payments as above are to be made on the [recpt.?] of the New York Central Company Feby23/57 D.I.
