I propose to purchase from you One Thousand /1000/ Bush & Lobdel 33 in car wheels at Sixteen 87 1/2 each - Two hundred & Seventy two /272/ whitney wheels at the same price as above & one hundred & thirty six /136/. axles at Fourteen Dollars each. All Delivd. to me at Black  Rock free of charge. And to sell you in payment of above Thirty four /34/ - Eight wheel Box freight cars same as I have heretofore sold you / being our Car A - at six hundred & eightfive dollars each -  In addition to the above to cover freight I will furnish an additional car similar to & identical with the above /34/ free of cost to you - except the wheels & axles therefore.  If it should happen that any of the above whitney wheels & axles should be sent to Buffalo-. such will be received by me at that place - All of the above cars to be delivd. by or before the 15" of August of the current year - On the track of the New York Central Road at Black Rock -
