Dr Sirs

I propose to purchase from you one thousand Bush & Lobdell 33 in car wheels at Sixteen 89 1/2 each. Three hundred & forty four whitney wheels at the same price as above & one hundred & seventy two axles at Fourteen Dollars each - all deliverd. to me at Black Rock free of charge - And to sell you in payment of above - Forty three Eight Wheel [Platform?] Cars same as those heretofore sold you - For Five hundred & Eighty four 44/100 Dllrs. each - If it should happen that any of the above whitney wheels & axles should be sent to Buffalo such will be recd. by me at that place - All of the above cars to be delived. by or before the 15 of Aug of the current year - on the track of the New York Central road at Black Rock
